Minimum 2 night stay January through April.

Minimum 3 night stay in May - June and September - December.

Minimum one week stay in July and August. Our weeks are typically Saturday - Saturday during July and August but we are flexible.

Rates do not include 9% Maine tax.

$500 refundable security deposit is also required with your reservation. Refunds for security deposits are sent within two weeks after rental.

There is a $250 cleaning fee. There is no cleaning during a multi-week stay unless you specifically request this and pay an additional cleaning fee.

No pets. No smoking. Indication of either pets or smoking will result in loss of security deposit.

A 50% deposit is required when making the reservation. 25% is due 90 days prior to the reservation and the final 25% is due 30 days prior to the reservation.

Cancellations >90 days prior to the reservation will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled <90 days prior to the booked date will receive a 50% refund of total amount paid. Payments accepted through PayPal or by check.
